If the quantity is less than 25g,we'd like to send you for free;If it is more than 25g,you'd better bear the sample and freight cost,once we receive your order,this money will be returned.

Q4.How to get the goods or sample

For sample,we usually deliver by EMS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,and it usually takes about 3 to 4 working days to arrive at your door.

For more than 20kg,it is delivered by Air to your nearest airport.which takes aout 2-3 days.

For more than 500kg,LCL or FCL by sea is available.

Q5.How to deal with product quality complaint

In this case,we shall asked our client or we shall send the retained sample to the third authority testing center to do some test.If it is confirmed to be our responsibility,we shall replace the goods or return your payment.
